Moto g 2nd gen will get the android lollipop update

Following the unveiling of android 5.0 Lollipop , motorola has announced that the moto x, moto g and moto E will get the new update very soon. but the moto E is doubtful to get the update. Its possible for motorola because its giving all of its devices pure android so there no need of extra customizations. The moto devices will be the first non-nexus devices to get the latest android 5.0 lollipop update.

Since motorola has just given the new about the update but not given the exact time when the devices will get the update. of course motorola has announced new motorola nexus 6 . Nowadays companies make the promises about the updates but most likely they are tend to make or they remove some devices from the lists. so can’t say 100% about all moto series devices.

Google has not yet released the lollipop version of android. but if you have moto device than you are lucky , you will be getting the android 5.0 lollipop update. see the review of moto g2 here.
