Hey guys do you want to use android OS on your pc or laptop; I’m going to show you how to do that. You want to play android games, you want to use whatsapp on your pc, you want to play clash of clans on your pc; this is the article for you. We will be installing the android 4.3 version on virtual box, the same way we use any linux OS or windows in virtual box. Follow the below steps very carefully.

Things will be needed

Virtual box latest version – download

Android ISO latest version from Google – download

Don’t worry if this looks very complicated just follow the steps and you will end up with android installed on your pc with virtual box. The steps while installing android will look difficult but it’s very easy if you just try once. For every step the screenshots are added which will help you. So now let’s begin.

Creating virtual machine

Step 1 :

Install the virtual box you have downloaded and open it. Now click on new button.

Give the name as android and select the type as linux and version 2.6/3.x 32 bit as shown in above image and click next.

Step 2 :

Now select the RAM for your virtual machine, make sure you select at least 512MB. And then click next.

Step 3 :

Select create a virtual hard drive now if you are creating first time or else if you have created a drive earlier you select with last option and click create.

Step 4 :

Hey guys now I’m going to explain everything about hulfingtonpost.com , bestwebsitesawards.com , spammer everything you need to know. I was getting hits from hulfingtonpost.com referral. As this is the same as previous all the darodar , ilovevitaly, econom and priceg.com which is the same redirecting spam.

What this spam is actually

Now hulfingtonpost.com , bestwebsitesawards.com is a simple redirecting domain redirecting to ilovevitaly.ru and the same again redirecting to aliexpress.com with a referral URL. The spammer is just trying to make money with referral link when someone buys something at aliexpress.com the spammer will get paid. To know more about referral spam why they spam and why to stop them read below article.

Should you worry about this spam?

If you read above article there are some disadvantages getting hits as spam traffic but in this case I do not think there is any problem getting hits from hulfingtonpost.com if it the same as darodar.com which is not visiting our website at all, it just manipulates the analytics code to display the spam traffic.

If this is not the case then you may want to block this spam with physical code and if it is manipulating analytics code then still you don’t want to see this traffic. Below is complete guide for blocking hulfingtonpost.com spam.

How this spam works

darodar.com spam was really a fake referrer which was manipulating analytics to display spam traffic in which case we don’t have to worry about but still we can remove that traffic in analytics. Spammers is doing something with analytics code and displaying fake traffic in our analytics so we visit the website to know about the referrer. Referrer traffic means when your website link is clicked from some other website and a visit is made it called referrer traffic from earlier website. Any website can have your links but now there is no actual website at hulfingtonpost.com so possibly it also same as darodar spam.

Is it possible to block this spammer server itself?

This spammer has 100+ domains registered at his name and maybe he will use most of them to spam us. We cannot block all the domains one by one and hence many of us are thinking to block the server. But the question is the browser is not going to return the ip of the referrer websites server and hence we cannot track it. You can block the visits from a specific location that way you can lose your visitors from that location but doing so is not useful as I have seen the visits from many locations outside Russia. Below are some previous methods to block hulfingtonpost.com

Block hulfingtonpost.com spam

If the visits are real and physical then you can block with javascript, PHP and .htaccess codes. If the code doesn’t work then probably its fake traffic and you can remove it from analytics properties.

Methods to block real referral traffic from hulfingtonpost.com

This method will only work if the traffic is physical as I have explained above. You have to add these code in your website header.

Javascript code

<script type='text/javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://hulfingtonpost.com'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>

PHP code

$blocklink = ['http://hulfingtonpost.com'];
foreach ($blocklink as $value) {
if ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERRER'] == $value)
header('Location: http://google.com/');
}

.htaccess code

You have to add this code in your .htaccess file.

SetEnvIfNoCase Referer hulfingtonpost.com spamlink=yes
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
Deny from env=spamlink

Now if none of these works then use analytics filter to remove this traffic and get better results of your website traffic.

Method to block fake referral traffic

You can use analytics filters to remove this spam hits from result see below article.

Use analytics to block hulfingtonpost.com

Share and comment for more information about this spam traffic.

Again new spam traffic from priceg.com. I have been getting the referral traffic from priceg.com from today itself. By just looking at the referrer I doubt the url and did search for priceg.com and yes it’s a spam traffic. Priceg.com was redirecting to some website with kind of other language I didn’t understood. When I looked for priceg.com on Google it was before redirecting to aliexpress.com the same referral marketing here. Read below article for information on bad spam referral traffic.

What is bad referral traffic and avoid them

I have written all the articles to block and avoid the referral spam traffic. As previous darodar.com , economy.co and ilovevitaly.com were spamming many websites from all over the world this is a new domain may be from the same spammer from Russia.

Block darodar.com spam

Block ilovevitaly.co spam

Block economy.co spam

Block these all with single PHP jaavscript code

Something I get know about these spam traffic

I have written to block ilovevitaly.com darodar.com and economy.co with PHP, javascript and .htaccess codes. But for some users that method was not working and so I have written to block them with analytics filters. Many are saying that the spammers are manipulating the analytics code to display these spam traffic because the link of darodar.com was containing user ids of their analytics code and yes its true, because when my website was down no one was able to open a page on my website but when I looked at my analytics there was a real time visitor referral was darodar.com. But I don’t know exactly with other domains so try to implement the physical javascript and PHP code also.

Now lets block priceg.com referral spam traffic

I’m going to show only 3 methods to block priceg.com spam as these will do the work.

1. Filter in analytics

Many users may have problem adding the code to their website so they can use this method to stop priceg.com from displaying in analytics properties. Read below article to use analytics filters to block priceg.com spam.

Block priceg.com spam traffic

2. Javascript code

Add this code between head tag of your website. If any visit made from priceg.com then it will be redirected to google.com with this code.

<script type='text/javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://priceg.com'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>

3. PHP code

This is the same javascript code above but its added using the PHP. You need to add this code in your theme folder’s header.php file between head tag.

<?php
echo"<script language='javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://priceg.com'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>";
?>

If you want to use the .htaccess method which will block the visits from priceg.com referrer at server level then use below code and add it your .htaccess file.

SetEnvIfNoCase Referer priceg.com spamlink=yes
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
Deny from env=spamlink

Hope this will help you. Share and comment for any info.

Now you may want to use an advertising network for targeted mobile users so, here is the review on one which is the best I found.

If you are using google adsense then sure you will be making a good amount of money but you are losing earnings from mobile users. If you can advertise on mobile then it’s a great platform which will make a handsome amount of money. For example you can advertise an app and when someone installs the app you get paid. So don’t worry how to do all the things here’s a great advertising platform which will do all the work for you.

I have written some article to block darodar.com ilovevitaly.com econom.co referral traffic. Now the new one i’m getting hits on my blog is ilovevitaly.co . Its the same as previous ilovevitaly.com spam but as we have blocked it spammers did changed the domain name to ilovevitaly.co , but don’t worry we can also block ilovevitaly.co.

In this article i’m going to show you all the methods of blocking these spam traffic. You have already blocked previous darodar and econom with the .htaccess , javascript and PHP code.also I have written to filter them out with analytics. Here are some articles I have previously written.

What is spam traffic and how to avoid them.

Block darodar ilovevitaly and econom with javascript and PHP code.

Block darodar.com with .htaccess code.

I have seen many people talking about that these spammers are using analytics code to show up in analytics but that’s not true. I have seen many websites getting referral traffic which is using other analytics like yandex and piwik. which displays the same referral links. If you want to filter them then use the below link which will guide you to create analytics filter to block spam traffic.

Block all the spam traffic with the help of analytics filters.

So now lets block ilovevitaly.co with all the method.

1 .htaccess code

You need to have access to your .htaccess file to use this method. Some of the website owners may be using wix , squarespace to create website then they need to add javascript code or they can filter out this spam traffic with analytics filters. Which is given below.

SetEnvIfNoCase Referer ilovevitaly.co spamlink=yes
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
Deny from env=spamlink

2. Javascript code

If you want to use javascript code then you have to add this script between your head tag. This code simply redirects the traffic coming from spam referrer to another website so that you can prevent them from showing up in your anaytics.

<script type='text/javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://ilovevitaly.co'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>

3. PHP code

You will have to add this code in your header.php file inside the theme folder you are using. You need to paste the code between header tag.

$blocklink = ['http://ilovevitaly.co'];
foreach ($blocklink as $value) {
if ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERRER'] == $value)
header('Location: http://google.com/');
}

If the above code does’t work and if you get any error then add below code. This is just a javascript code which is added inside head tag with the help of php.

<?php
echo"<script language='javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://ilovevitaly.co'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>
";
?>

4. Using analytics filter

If any of the above method doesn’t seem to work then use analytics filter to avoid them being showing in your analytics results. Read below article which guides step to step to create analytics filter to block any spam traffic.

Filter spam traffic with google analytics.

Everyone is getting too much spam traffic from blackhatworth.com, darodar.com , economy.co , ilovevitaly.com , shoping.ilovevitaly.com , iedit.ilovevitaly.com etc…, Now the question is how to block them, so I have already figured a way to block them using javascript and PHP code but for some users it doesn’t seems to be working. The .htaccess method is not working at all. So now one more thing you can do is to filter them out from your analytics property. That’s not a solution but still you can stop this traffic from showing up and you can have a good look at your websites analytics how they are performing.

So after writing all the method of blocking with .htaccess , javascript and PHP now we will do it with google analytics filters.

Step 1 :

Login to your analytics account and click on admin on the top menu last option.

Step 2 :

Now click on property and select the property from which you want to filter out the spam traffic.

Then click on “Filters” on right side.

Step 3 :

Now click on +NEW FILTER

Step 4:

Now click on Custom as seen in the picture given below. Then write the name of the filter for darodar , for example darodar spam.

Now Click on “Select field” and select referral from drop down menu.

Next in “Filter Pattern” enter “darodar.com”

(adding darodar.com will block all the traffic containing darodar.com , adding ilovevitaly.com will block all traffic from ilovevitaly.com which is shoping.ilovevitaly.com and iedit.ilovevitaly.com)

Now click on save and you will see the finale screen which will look like this.

Follow steps 3 and 4 to add all the spam referral.

Please take note that this method only filters the referral traffic from showing up on your analytics which will improve your overall report.

It will stop analytics from creating new sessions and new users.

This will not completely block the traffic coming to your website.

Finally after adding some filter it will look like this

If you would like to block these spam traffic with javascript or PHP then see below article.

Block all the spams with single javascript and PHP code.

If you want to block all the referral traffic from bad websites then see this article.

Please share and comment for further help.

Hostinger is the best free hosting provider available now. It’s a large group of free hosting providers with some premium hosting providers also. Their service is available in many countries and in some they have only premium plans.

I have been using their free hosting at hostinger.in for a few months and I was very surprised with their service. I have still hosted my few sites on hostinger. So here I have my review on hostinger.in

1. customer support

I will talk about customer support first because it’s the main thing you should look for while choosing a hosting service. When you get some server errors or you need some extra information or anything you have the only option is customer support. I was very happy with the customer support because they are very serious about their customers. I have opened the support ticket for many times and they did replied in time. Once my website went down and when I contacted them they just replied in a minute and they solved issue.

2. Pricing

Hostinger does provide free plans but they have premium pans also. You can have your premium hosting with a very little price and also if refer your friends then you can get the premium plan with unlimited features for free. Also they have private vps servers if you want all the control over your hosting with root access which also comes in very low price tag.

3. Server up time

They say that 99.99% of server up time but they do have restrictions on their free hosting plans. Such as the daily limit of visitors is only 250. And bandwidth is about 100gb. But as a free hosting you can not complaint them.

Extra features

Site builder

You can easily build a your website with the free available zyro site builder. It comes in very handy when you are creating your website for the first time. It doen’t require any coding knowledge to create a website.

ftp accounts : 2

sql database : 2

email account : 2

subdomains : 2

parked domain : 2

Cronjobs : hourly or grater

Php version : about 4 different versions

Okay so you are thinking to create a website or blog or may be you have already created one. When starting a blog everyone chooses a free hosting because obviously they are free. By the time your website grows you should migrate to paid hosting because in free hosting you will have so many problems. Here I’m sharing my personal experience with free hosting and reasons to avoid free hosting.

Why there is a free hosting plan?

Some of the companies provide free hosting for 1 year and after that you have to pay for your hosting. Basically companies first target on users and after that money. But there are many websites offering free hosting for lifetime. They do serve ads on their homepage, cpanel and everywhere. Some of them are all connected with each other with premium hosting providers so after building users they target them for premium hosting. Also they do have attractive referral plans so they can build a large amount of users and which means money as they offer premium plans and many do not switch their hosting provider due to migration of website takes a lot time.

Problems with free hosting

If they are offering free hosting plans then obviously there will be restrictions on the service. They provide less support , delay for response in your complains. You will have limited amount of space , bandwidth , ftp accounts , sql accounts etc. There are many restrictions they won’t show you when you register for the hosting. Most of them will not allow you to change your php configuration, cron jobs, cURL, outgoing connections from your blog so there will problem with anti-spam plugins like akismet. You won’t find any problem at beginning but after you get know about them and want to use some features you will have problem. A free hosting provider will inform you about 100 gb of bandwidth or more or less but they won’t tell you the limit of visitors a day or month.

My bad experience with free hosting

When I started this blog I had also chosen free hosting to start with and everything was just fine. After my blog was ready and getting visitors I started having some issue with my hosting provider.

The first time I contacted them for the support was a cURL error which I was getting while using a social counter plugin. The counter was not displaying follow counts on facebook and twitter. I couldn’t imagine that there will be some problem with my hosting server as it was only a social counter. I searched a lot for the issue but I didn’t get the answers anywhere on internet. Finally I found that the plugin was unable to run a script because of server restriction.

The second and most terrible problem I faced and I had to move to another paid host was a visitor limit a day. I started getting a large amount of visitors and my website went down displaying cpu limit exceeded. I again opened a support ticket for the reason and they said that my blog has exceeded a limit of 250 visitors a day and I have to upgrade my account for more. I was informed on some forum that my site link is not working and I had to solve the problem because I was getting more and more hits on my blog.

At last

Don’t worry while choosing a free host ,because it is the best option I recommend while starting a blog but make sure to change your host after you start getting visitors. I recommend to try hostinger.in as their support and service I found very good.

Create a free website with hostinger.

Also regularly backup your files and database to your computer for the safety of your data while free hosting.

Share your experience with free hosting any other suggestion in comment below.

Because I have already written to stop darodar and econom and now I’m writing to block this ilovevitaly.com.

Every webmaster is getting confused with adding the code. Where to add, how to add so on. So I’m giving some simple code which you can use without editing your .htaccess file.

So now let’s just block them

You just have to add this code in your website between head tag and php website user has to add the code in header.php file.

Javascript code (block darodar, econom, ilovevitaly)

var blocklink = ['http://darodar.com','http://econom.co','http://ilovevitaly.com'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>

PHP code (block darodar,econom, ilovevitaly)

$blocklink = ['http://darodar.com', 'http://econom.co','http://ilovevitaly.com'];
foreach ($blocklink as $value) {
if ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERRER'] == $value)

<?php
echo"<script language='javascript'>
var blocklink = ['http://darodar.com','http://econom.co','http://ilovevitaly.com'];
for (var b = blocklink.length; b--;) {
if (document.referrer.match(blocklink[b]))
window.location = "http://google.com/";
}
</script>

Today I’m going to share some review about free hosting providers. If you are a beginner and thinking to start a website then a free hosting is best suitable for learning and experimenting. When I started my website I had also hosted my site on free hosting provider hostinger.in . which is a good hosting service overall and it’s on top of my free hosting providers list. But as I learned and my website grew I had too many problems with free hosting. I have almost tried every free hosting provider. I have already written an article about my bad experience with free hosting.

My experience with free hosting.

But as you are beginning to start a blog or website, a free hosting is the right choice to start with. So here are some free hosting services which I found good to use.

1. hostinger.in

This one is the first one on which I hosted my personal website. I was happy with them and soon I started this blog Geekybits on hostinger itself. The best part of hostinger is their service , when you contact them they reply with solution in no time.

Some great features hostinger provides.

2 gb of storage

100 gb of bandwidth

Very user friendly c-panel

ftp and sql accounts.

Phpmyadmin

Cronjobs.

Disadvantage

Can not setup cronjob for minutes.

Base_dir restriction and cUrl restriction

2. 000webhost.com

There is some restrictions with hostinger, like you can setup cronjobs hourly only. If you want to setup for less then hour then you have to pay for the hosting. Hence I tried to use 000webhost.com but it was no use because of php verison they alow.

000webhost provides 1.5 gb of space.

100 gb bandwidth and everything such as ftp sql.

But 000webhost has a php version of 3.2 , so you can’t use some plugins in wordpress and you can not upgrade the php version.

3. freehostingnoads.net

Freehostingnoads.net provides more space more bandwidth and also you can choose your php version.

Features

20 gb space

200 gb bandwidth

1000 daily visiter.

ftp and sql accounts

cpanel

So these are some free hosting providers to try, there are so many available to use – bytehost , x10hosting , freehosting.com , 2freehosting , 5gbfree.com. but every one has their own restrictions , you can use anyone as they are free and can not complaint anything about them.

I recommend using hostnger.in , when you use it you will also recommend the same. I have written some article to start with creating a website. If they can help you see below,
